If you think a campaign may be fraudulent or is misusing funds, report it through the form on the Guarantee page. Reporting there pauses the campaign immediately while we investigate, which email can’t do.

Help with your own campaign — edits, updates, payouts, or withdrawing — is in your dashboard. If you’re stuck on payout verification, email us and mention which step is failing.

Media enquiries can go to the same address — put “Media” in the subject line and we’ll route it.
